Fastback Studios is Located in North Seattle, Washington just a few blocks from I-5. This
3,000 sq. ft. facility is made up of a large "live room" (main recording room 32'x22', with
vaulted ceiling), acoustically balanced control room, three isolation booths, and a dedicated
Mastering Lab. We also have a spacious lounge with all the basic amenities.
We here at Fastback are committed to providing quality recording, mixing, and mastering
services. The studio offers a well balanced blend of analog outboard gear, and up to date
digital recording technology. Take a look around and when you're done, contact us to set
up a tour. Also, check back often as our blog is updated regularly.

Audio Classes Start Tuesday April 7th, Sign Up Now!

| FBS is offering professional recording classes that will teach and involve you on how to record. You will have hands on training in a commercial recording studio that will help you become an experienced and knowledgeable engineer and producer. The recording classes are once a week for 10 weeks starting Tuesday April 7th, Classes will consist of 5 students with text book and 2 teachers. Program of study will include: Pro-Tools usage, how to record, edit & mix, monitor placement, room acoustics, analog mic-pres, compressors, EQs, interfaces, plug-ins, MIDI, microphones and mic-placement, knowledge of instruments, business of recording, actual recording of class project.. And much more! |
